Warm welcome to this beautiful opportunity to receive a deeply freeing oiling ritual and becoming an Amnanda Moksha Therapist at the same time. It will take place on the beautiful land of Vale Bacias/ Colos, Alentejo, Portugal.
Amnanda Moksha is developed from a Tibetan tantric tradition of Ayurveda. We gonna stand in the ancient ancestral line of one of the 26 doctors of Buddha, which is very very powerful. Amnanda means: Path of Joy. Moksha means: Freedom (in Sanskrit).
The specific herbal oil treatments combined with gentle loving touch help create more freedom in your life – to free you from blocks and self-limiting behavioral patterns. The doorway of this energetic treatment is the activation of the metabolic connection of body, mind and spirit.
Do you feel that there is anything that is blocking you in your life? Are you holding on situations you actually want to change? Or do you ever find it difficult to go from wanting to do something to actually doing it?
The goal of Amnanda Moksha is the liberation of internal blocks that restrict our personal freedom, self-determination and freedom of choice: More freedom in your relationships, your decision-making and all aspects of your life.
The amnanda Moksha process is a series of 6 oilings over a period of 6 months. The time between treatments is needed to integrate the cycle of feeling, thinking, self-reflection and change into everyday life.
As a therapist, you can take from 50 to 100€ for each oiling, depending on your region/country.

We will meet 6 days in the next 6 months to receive 6 treatments and their teachings. It will be held in two moduls of three days.
The first modul will be from June 30st to July 2nd, and the second modul in November 2023. Each day will go from 10 am to about 6:30pm. Everybody brings something for the lunch buffet.
Costs: 90 to 130 € for each oiling and day of teaching (sliding scale)

As a mother, seminar leader, osteopath, trauma therapist, dancer and singer, her work is rooted in her own spiritual practice of deep listening, authentic communication and unconditional love. She lives in Switzerland close to the Lake Constance.
